Living in southern Minnesota Sergeant Minnesota spot of my first five male red-winged blackbirds on 3 3 2024 I keep my own records from year to year last year my first sighting was April 19th some of the observations I've been making this year is things are going to be very early the earliest I've seen killdeer the earliest I've heard chickadees sitting there spring song . I'm expecting to see Baltimore Orioles and hummingbirds extremely early this year
