This is a follow-up photo to my Monarch Adult Sighted 03/22/24 report. This male monarch is seen nectaring from a flowering milkweed (Asclepias viridis). He found one of the few milkweed plants just beginning to flower and got warm sunlight on his wings on a mostly cloudy, cool day.
