My husband and I saw two eagles flying overhead. One circled around and then went higher and higher, while the other sailed away. I ran inside to get my camera. By the time I was ready to take a photo the eagle circling above was very high in the sky and only as he/she sailed a bit back toward us could I get a photo ~ not that good, but gave us proof we had not just imagined seeing a bald eagle.

I had seen a bald eagle doing a similar pattern several years ago and always hoped to see another.
