One hungry male landed on the feeder at 2:38 pm. Weather today is overcast, 75 degrees, breezy with a high probability of heavy thunderstorms throughout the night, bringing in a cold front. My previous April sightings have been noted around the 7th to 11th of April. This being the earliest. My husband loved the hummingbirds' return each April. He passed away January 2023 and this first ruby-throat this year arrived on what would have been our 42nd wedding anniversary.
