My first this spring. I was watching my other seed feeders and Mr. Hummer went zooming past the window, across my back yard. Around 12:30 pm. Yay! No feeder out yet.
I assume it was my Ruby throat that I usually see all summer.
We had a very mild warm winter, hardly no snow.

ADDITIONAL 2ND SIGHTING 4/6/24 TODAY Saturday the same thing happened, my husband saw a hummingbird ZOOM across the back yard. He's probably been here in years past! I think I should get my feeder cleaned and put out!
