It was thrilling to see my first robin of Spring on March 23 in our heated bird bath! A male. A couple days later on March 25, we had a snow fall and I saw him again perched in our crab apple tree trying to shelter from the snow and searching for fruit. He seems to have decided this is his territory as he waits for the females to arrive.
