The first Ruby-Throated Hummingbird of the season was spotted on one of our feeders about 6 PM last night. I didn't try to get photos, because he seemed to be really hungry and I didn't want to frighten him away from the feeders. He made several visits to the feeder until the light began to fade, then flew into a massive Norway Spruce near the feeder, a favorite spot for hummingbirds. We haven't seen him at any of the feeders this morning, so he was likely a migrating bird stopping for the night.
