This is a follow-up photo to my 04/21/2024 Monarch Adult Sighted report. This is one of the three female monarchs I saw today. She laid eggs on milkweed, but also did a lot of sunning in the grass on this chilly day (as seen here). She has the usual faded, tattery-edged wings.
