This is a follow-up photo to my 04/21/2024 Monarch Adult Sighted report. This is one of the three female monarchs I saw today. I did not see her egg-laying, but only observed her sunbathing in the grass and on grapevines. Temps only reached 65 degrees F today and there was a strong north wind still blowing in a cool front.
