This male Baltimore Oriole arrived around 10:00am and flew straight to one of our two Oriole feeders. He ate ½ of a tangerine. When he left, my husband and I quickly replaced the tangerine with 2 fresh halves of an orange and a couple tablespoons of grape jelly. He ignored the jelly; and from 11:00am until dusk (8:00pm) he's returned multiple times eating the orange exclusively. Each time he's stayed about 20-30 min before flying away. I snapped this photo from our kitchen window before he flew away into the pine trees behind our property.
