I had 25 caterpillars turn into monarchs in homes that I made and another 30 caterpillars fended on their one. Here is one of the few chrysalis I actually saw on their own. This was on the railing my our steps. Despite lots of milkweed and Many nectar plants, most butterflies didn't linger at my home. All this has happened since mid April
