Monarch Egg (FIRST sighted)
Sightings report image

Date: 05/08/2024

Number: 0

I was shocked to see a Monarch flying in my yard today. I went outside to see if I could find it and watched her laying eggs on Butterfly Weed in my pollinator garden which is a Monarch Waystation. I don’t typically see them until early or middle of July. Milkweed here is not fully up yet. Common is just about 6” high.
