I had almost given up on seeing any Monarchs!
Midmorning 1 was getting nectar from milkweed flowers.
Not laying eggs. Could not determine gender. Flew away and then returned with another butterfly that looked like a Monarch, but it was too high to identify definitely.
Both flew away without landing on milkweed flowers.
