Sightings report image

Date: 05/22/2024

Number: 2

This is the same little guy that I reported on yesterday. I found one of his siblings on a nearby plant. Unfortunately, I can only attach one photograph. An interesting observation that I made is that when he emerged from his egg he was on a leaf much further down the plant. He made his way up to the very top of the plant where the leaves are close together and he is relatively hidden. His sibling did the same thing; they were both found in a similar location at the top of the Milkweed on leaves that weren’t there when the adult laid the eggs.
