Monarch Adult Sighted

Date: 05/29/2024

Number: 1

Faded female laying eggs. I assume she is a first generation butterfly and is part of the late northern migration. She probably came from eggs laid in Texas or Oklahoma by a butterfly that overwintered in Mexico and was part of the later groups to depart.
