For the past 2 weeks I have been seeing what I think must be juvenile bald eagles. They looked like bald eagles but with brown heads. Sometimes singly, more often a few together. 4 at most. Flying above I-93 from Massachusetts border slowly more north each day. Last sighting was 5/30 over Windham NH. I kept seeing them between 8:30 and 9:00 am. Sometimes smaller birds were with them.
