It’s a Western Tanager. I’ve always enjoyed feeding birds but this is the first year I’ve really become more interested in identifying the different kinds that visit our yard. We had a birds nest in our yard this year that we were able to monitor via camera which was fun. I am doing more research on what different birds like to eat and hope to attract more. I love the bright colors of the Tanager.
