Feeding on a Lantana, as I was working in my garden. Flew off and haven't seen since. This is a very odd year, as I've been checking and haven't found any eggs or cats. Have Lots of milkweed, some very tall common milkweed blooming, look occasionally for monarchs nectaring. Also have a few tropical blooming and many big pots of swamp milkweed. I also don't see any flying in my local travels or along roadsides ditches. I wonder if severe storms early in spring wiped many of them out.
