Not sure how to upload photos from my phone. Single adult monarch, the first I've seen in many years, was flitting around my front yard today at around 2:30pm, for about an hour. It seemed particularly interested in the Escallonia and lavender, but didn't land on anything. I have baby, 3-inch milkweed in the backyard, but so far I haven't observed it back there. I can provide photos if needed.
