Saw a quick zoom out up into the river birch tree right before a summer shower around five looking out office window yesterday. Hamelia pattens in that area is starting to bud so that is a definite attractor plant.
On watch early morning today and saw 2 fledgling Chicadees with one investigating a hummingbird feeder in photo. Baby Wrens in bluebird house have not fledged yet. Will keep an eye out more often to determine if yesterday's hummingbird was a juvenile. New hummingbirds are due in sight June/July. (In photo is a hummingbird decoy)
I am conserned no one is reporting juvinels yet in East.
