Last year they turned the circle in the middle of the highway into a pollinator zone. Lots of wildflowers and milkweed now. I was sitting in traffic waiting and watched two monarchs fluttering and chasing each other come out of the milkweed patch. Too quick to get a picture. Monarchs are back in this area!
