The pollinator garden contains host plants for a variety of butterflies, which include swamp milkweed, butterfly weed, whorled milkweed, rue, bronze fennel, and dill. There are numerous perennials to support the bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds. The garden contains hummingbird mint, bee balm, joe Pye weed, asters, coneflowers, black eyed Susan’s, tickseed, pinnate prairie coneflowers, common yarrow, Russian sage, lavender, garden speedwell, sweet scabious, geum, blazing star, sea holly, Shasta daisy, garden phlox, helenium autumnale, lantana, petunias, zinnias, rock candy, marigolds, and pentas.
