Released my first monarch (male) today after it eclosed within 13 days on my porch. I had found this little guy on milkweed in the Rec Parking lot in town when it was 4th instar and knew it would not survive there. Some people have been pulling up and tearing down the milkweed there. Just park somewhere else for crying out loud!?
