Suprise! on cruise ship out of Seattle with stops in Ketchikan, and Sitka. cruising down Endicott arm to Dawes Glacier early AM when green bodied hummingbird appeared off balcony and hovered in front of woman wearing bright Red shirt then quickly flew off. think I heard its chirps from somewhere on ship. Hitchhiker? Hope it made it to Juneau where it was warmer and wildflowers were blooming
Unsure of species Everyone was totally dumbfounded at the siting in that icy place
