I observed this Ruby hummingbird sipping nectar on this shrimp tree.
It was drawn to it like a magnet once it found it. It visited all the flowers that were open.

This plant was recommended by a fellow JN observer it is my first experience with this plant. I am hoping I can winter it over as it is a tropical plant. Thank You Kathryn.
