Last sighting: July 18, 2024. This monarch has been flitting around my yard for three weeks or more. It took awhile before I was able to get a good photo of him.

No other monarchs have been seen in my yard this season. No monarchs sighted over the previous six years.


Past sightings:
July 17, 2018 I spotted a female monarch laying eggs on my milkweed plants. I know of at least three of those laid eggs resulted in adult monarchs that took off in a northerly direction. I have no idea if they continued north.
