I’ve have Robins nesting in my yard for years. I know at least two families in my backyard and one in the Maple tree in my front yard. I think the nest in the front got raided by a crow. I actually saw the crow at the nest and didn’t see the Robins come back after that. In my backyard I’ve seen two or three fledglings so I know at least a few survived the backyard nests. At one time there were about six robins in my backyard but they “fought it out and a few moved on! Very territorial they are. I had a Northern Flicker in my backyard yesterday and two Robins showed up and flew near him, just watching him. They obviously didn’t want him around.
