Along our country road, there is a patch of common milkweed. Since an adult monarch and three larvae were spotted on my property earlier in the day, I decided to check the common milkweed along the road side. I found this little tyke.

I call it a rescue, as the town often mows the road edges. I will place it on a leaf of my common milkweed along the pond berm.
