6:05pm. I did a brief search of common milkweed plants on West side of the house. I found 3 eggs, each on a different plant, on leaves of various sizes from small to medium to very large. I haven't seen females laying eggs but clearly they have been all over the garden as there are many telltale signs on the milkweed that eggs have hatched.
