Observed this male stopping to nectar on a Dogwood plant in the Milkweed patch in Tannery Park adjacent to the washrooms. After a brief visit to a couple flowers, he was on his way headed west. Looked over my shoulder while writing this report to see another fresh looking Monarch nectaring on a Buddleja behind the washrooms, most likely the same male. Conditions at 13:00 according to my phone app: 26°C and sunny, wind out of the east at 8 km/h with gusts up to 11 km/h, humidity 71% with dewpoint of 20 °C, barometric pressure 101 kPa and falling.
