Went to the milkweed patch to get more food for the caterpillars already eating, and found six newly laid eggs.
Have not seen a monarch, but the eggs have appeared. temperature was 90° about noon so we brought the leaves in to raise them in captivity because we have young children that are interested in watching them grow and eat!
