I cannot give an accurate date, as it started growing in my flower garden last year. This is the first year it had flowers on it. I had to corral some stakes around it with some rope to help keep it standing. I have not seen any butterfly eggs on it. I will have a better idea next year on what's happening with it. I am hoping to have more growing there next year.
