Nectaring in field of wild flowers. I couldn’t get close enough to identify if it was a male or female.

No milkweed anywhere for it to lay if it was a female! I don’t believe I’ve ever seen any milkweed on the island.

I live in Massachusetts, but will try to find seed pods once in Canada to scatter near our cottage.
