A hummingbird came by a red cardinal flower growing in the garden in front of our house.  Its visit was too brief for me to grab a camera to get a photo.

At the time (~2:30 PM), the air temperature was 84°F, the dew point was 67°F, the humidity was 56%, with a 7 mph breeze from the West under mostly cloudy skies and the air pressure at 28.69 inches.
