In mid July mama built a nest inside a of towel on a lawn chair on our patio. She laid 4 eggs over the course of a week and a fifth egg was found cracked on the patio. She incubated the eggs and slowly they hatched one by one. That last one finally hatched and is about to be fledgling. It’s been alone in the nest at least 5 days now. Mom and Dad come back to feed the last baby several times a day, usually one comes with a worm and while the other stands watch.
