Monarch Egg Sighted
Sightings report image

Date: 08/13/2024

Number: 1

See previous reports under egg and adult sighted. This egg was laid by the second, more vibrant female, which I spotted today. This Common Milkweed plant has re-emerged from its roots after being damaged earlier in the summer. You can see from the thicker stalk that it is a re-emergent. Also, this plant is currently clear of aphids.
