Saw 4 Monarchs around the farmyard today. Have been checking for roosts but none yet, fingers crossed. We have had a good summer here as far as the prairie is concerned with a lot of blooms. I left 160 prairie acres undisturbed this summer with milkweed everywhere. If we don't have Monarchs here it is a troubling sign.
