Saw roosts of 2,3,3,4,8,19,27 and 30. All down low due to a strong easterly wind. Did see quite a number of Monarchs not yet roosting on the same prairie remnant. Also had quite a few in the farmyard today staying out of the wind. A chance for rain in the next day, will check again when the weather clears. Plenty of blooming forbs to keep some around.
