I first saw hummingbirds nectaring on fall raspberry flowers in 2017. It seems to happen when the bumblebees and honeybees make them aware that these inconspicuous blooms are rich in nectar. The fall raspberries are absolutely covered with flowers and bees this year, and sure enough, I have a female or juvenile hummingbird that has figured out how to take advantage of them. I wasn't around much of the day to see what else she was visiting, but in the evening around sunset, she stopped at several raspberry flowers.
