There's been a territorial male around for 2-3 weeks, not sure if this is the same one. I'd released a captive-reared female a few hours earlier and had seen her feeding on a meadow blazing star (raised from egg, kept her overnight before releasing). This may be her but I couldn't get a close enough look. Shortly after this picture he flew off with her and landed on a nearby aster, then flew off into some trees a short distance away, still together. Caught on video. The next afternoon (roughly 24 hours later) the very same thing happened! I didn't release any females that day. Have been checking for eggs since but have found none.
