Sightings report image

Date: 09/05/2024

Number: 2

One day you n this tree. First spotted it flying then it rested here. Another one flew out of a nearby tree when I walked under it. It looked bigger and healthier than the one pictured. It flew way up anove the trees in this city park and then south. There are three patches of goldenrod in the park. Mostly cloudy, 65 degrees, wind from north about 10 mph. I was surveying the park trees for any monarch roosts. About 8 am.
