Observed three adults feeding on some Asters in our prairie today. They stayed around all day.
Also note worthy; we only observed less than a dozen caterpillars on our milkweed in August. Last year we had less than six. The year before ( 3 years ago) we counted around 24 caterpillars. The numbers might not be exact but we are definitely seeing less caterpillars since we started our pollinator habitats in 2020.
