There are 4 resident juvenile Ruby throated hummingbirds and 4-6 migrants arrive/leave on a daily basis. Our nights have been in the 40s all of last week. A warm front is arriving with 70s/50s. Hope to see more migrants. Garden is bursting with fall blooming Salvia, Japanese anemone, Japanese Toad lily, Sedum, Asters etc. Migrating Blue Jays are here a month earlier.
