We released 2 Butterflies ( taken in as caterpillars from our common milkweed )

one male - pictured here
one female who took flight right away

I had grown hairy ball milkweed which is a foot in height in pots , fresh , green and delicious -

Our common milkweed has been depleted & not suitable to eat , for 3 weeks .
