Beautiful Female Monarch
raised on hairy ball milkweed grown and in potted plant ( placed in butterfly cage )

Our common milkweed has been gone for weeks now

Taken in as a small caterpillar on very poor condition common milkweed .

This year our backyard milkweed finished it cycle earlier then previous years
