Hummingbird Sighting

Date: 09/18/2024

Number: 2

We have had quite a few Ruby-Throated Hummingbirds, up until the 17th of September when they all but disappeared ahead of Potential Tropical Cyclone 8. I've seen only couple at a time on or around the feeders since then. One comes in when the first leaves and I can't tell if they are females or juvenile males as they don't have any red feathers yet, if male. They seem to be all fluffed up, but it's 73F here.
