Finally!
Monarchs passing through and feeding on tithonia and zinnias, which are heavily blooming.
84 degrees, light winds from south.
We saw 12, managed to tag 9.
I was pleased to see large overall wing size and thorax.
(Our very few in number local ones have been on the small side this summer.)
