Warm today with very light south winds. 85 degrees F and mostly clear skies. Considerable continuing activity around the garden. Slower in the mornings but picking up by about 10:00 am as temps warm. Observed increased activity with movement in and out all day. Singles coming in and singles leaving south-bound. No estimate on rate of in versus out. Did my counts at what I estimated to be the peak for the day using a systematic count consisting of at least three circuits of the garden (40 ft square with zinnia on three side) and coming up with a median count of 14.
