flew up out of milkweed/flower bed then high into trees. It has been unusually warm (high 80's and dry) past week. still blooming are a few hydrangeas, rudbeckia, salvia, daylily, cranesbill, container annuals.
some newer common milkweed plants have appeared now about 12 in tall while older milkweed plants have gone to seed
