One female or juvenile ruby-throated hummingbird nectaring on Salvia microphylla "Hot Lips," lantana "Miss Huff," fuchsia "Gartenmeister Bonstedt," Zinnia, Cuphea, and Cardinal Climber (Ipomoea sloteri).

Writing this in the evening as what I thought was today's only hummingbird took a break from the flowers to tank up for the night from the feeders, I suddenly saw a second hummingbird-safe swoop out of the elderberry and initiate a chase. So it probably was still two of them..
